No. Cartman has never smoked weed on an episode (to date). He hates weed... not because of the usual reasons... but because he despises hippies. He doesn't even cheese even though it's fon to due.

A: No, it just focuses me. ADHD is like having a bunch of TVs in your head, all running different programs, and having no ability to control them. Marijuana not only appears to give me a remote, it also allows me to shut off all the other TVs sucking up the juice... which makes the TV I'm watching a bit brighter.

Herbal Meditation

In the "Losing Edge" episode we can see Kenny as a blonde kid unhooded, and he kinda looks burnt out from doing a bit too much. And yeah, he shows himself to be an abuser rather than a user in the cheesing episode, which happens to be my favourite
