|  Reefer Madness... Does anyone agree with me that this movie is the biggest lie ever? First of all, they say that Marijuana is as bad as some of the terrible off topics (the kind that ruin lives). | It was made by a church in the 30's to try and have parents warned of the "dangers" of smoking weed. I'm pretty sure its supposed to be propaganda garbage. However, now its a cult film that people get stoned to watch. Instead of worrying about the lies it shows, laugh at them... |

| They did a re-make of Reefer Madness, it still followed the script but it was up to date and had new actors and actresses in it like Neve Campbell. The updated version aired on Showtime in 2005 around the time the first season of Weeds was airing on the channel. Late one night they played the 1936 version of Reefer Madness. |
