In this story Zack and Miri are lifelong childhood ‘buddies’ who find themselves deep in debt and can’t pay their rent. To make extra cash they decide to make a porno movie to sell on the internet. The problem is... they are in love.



Zack And Miri Make A Porno is written and directed (and edited by) Kevin Smith and stars mostly Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks, but it also features Jason Mewes, Craig Robinson, Traci Lords, and also Kenny Holtz from Kenny vs Spenny.

This is a simple but absurd idea. Would you make a porno for extra cash? You would have to be VERy confident of your abilities.

I think this movie looks absolutely hilarious. I can't wait to go see it. Kevin Smith movies are great, Seth Rogen is a funny guy, and Elizabeth Banks is awesome, too.

I really think this looks like one of the best movies to come into theaters in a long time.

I saw the episode of "Reel Comedy" that features this movie the other night, and all it did was make me more excited to see it! One clip in particular had me rolling on the floor, it was when Jason Mewes' character was auditioning for their film. I tried to find it online, but alas, I could not. In the Married with Children thread awhile back I posted a old video that had Traci Lords in The Dentist episode. She looked real good back then with blonde hair. Shes playing the role of Bubbles in this movie. For those that don't know she was a former underage porn star in real life.

I noticed in today's commercials for the movie, its only being advertised as zach and Miri, not "Zach and Miri make a porno" as it was orignally called. Are TV stations just editing the commericals, or has the title actually been shortened to that?
