Does anyone remember what the Clampetts called the moonshine whiskey that they occasionaly made or bought It had a term they called it. that I can't recall!
And does anyone remember the episode where they were drinking the moonshine whiskey and the last shot of the show--- was of Granny( I think) runinng in slow motion and weird music playing -- It looked they were implying an LSD trip.

Tha moonshine was called "Tennessee Tranquilizer"

Tha moonshine episodes were:

52 January 8, 1964 2-16 "Tha Giant Jackrabbit" An escaped kangaroo reported by Granny as an oversized jackrabbit leads tha others to suspect she has had too much moonshine.

179 November 15, 1967 6-11 "Jethro's Military Career" Jed thinks Granny has had too much moonshine when she mistakes Jethro in a frogman suit for a sea monster.

214 January 8, 1969 7-16 "Problem Bear" Elly May's bear takes up tha bad habit of drinking Granny's moonshine.

222 March 12, 1969 7-24 "Tha Guru" Jethro wants to become a guru, but after Granny shares some moonshine with his mentor, she is proclaimed "Queen of Gurus".

Not only does it help, it makes my day. I had a warm and fuzzy memory today of watching that episode 25 years ago with my then -boyfriend. We were very high on Marj. and saw that ending shot, stared at each other in disbelief and started laughing hysterically for a long time......
Your description of the the episodes all sound like LSD trips. completely absent from my memory as that it was called Tennesee Tranquilizer!!!

I have been meaning to watch the episodes wtih Sharon Tate. She was in BH three time both blonde and brunette Did you know that my friend?

Did not know that. My experience with tha hillbillies was in tha form of re-runs on Nick at Nite when I was a kid.

I will check it out.
I saw Grandpa from the Munsters in a department store in Austin Texas about 25 years ago. He was in town performing in a play.
In the department store he was smoking a big fat stinky cigar. all these women were looking at him in disgust! I was the only one who recognized him! It was so funny! I will have to remember his real name.
