How does that make any sense? And I think it's cool how Geraldo just comes in and shuts them all down after he lets them do their bitching for a few minutes.

Why didn't anyone make the point that as a young adult its WAY easier to get weed then it is to get alcohol. The only way to get alcohol now is to buy it from a store, a store that always cards you. There is no such thing as alcohol dealers because there doesn't have to be and the market of kids wanting alcohol isn't big enough to support it.

I'm sad to say it because some of my good friends are dealers, but we need to put dealers out of business. Dealers are the ones willing to sell to whoever has money, unlike stores who want to keep their licenses to continue selling it.

I just kept hearing them say "But think of the children!" just to appeal to everyone that has kids, but really, we are thinking of them by doing this.

There is no argument for prohibition. It doesn't make sense. All of the prohibitionists either have false information or baseless accusations.

Think of the children? Marijuana is more readily available than alcohol to children now, legalizing it would just make it less available.

Think of the grades? Countless studies have proved that marijuana has no affects on grades what-so-ever. It's the person who affects his or her grades, not the drug, especially not marijuana. Also personal experience from anyone who does marijuana and gets great grades, or knows anyone who does marijuana and gets good grades.

There is no damage to be done with marijuana. No one has ever died from marijuana. No one has ever gotten lung problems or any of that sort from marijuana.

What was that lady talking about when she was like "schools say you can't have certain kinds of chips and soda, but what are they going to think when we say marijuana is okay?"

THAT pissed me off. OK, first off, bitch, we are not telling kids it's ok to smoke marijuana. I'm 16 and have smoked before (not regularly, hell I didn't even get high when I smoked) and many people think that's too young. Personally I think 16 is the cut off age, but 15 is...pushing it. Most legalizationists agree about the 21 and older rule (personally if it were legalized I would like to see 18). We are not telling children that it's OK to smoke, just like we aren't telling them it's ok to drink alcohol or smoke tobacco. Where is this lady getting her info?

There were a couple of other points that the prohibitionists made that made no sense what so ever. Man, Geraldo is the man! He didn't really focus on the health aspect that much but he was spot on with all the faults in the prohibitionists arguments.
