A real human interest story on people involved in the cannabis industry or do you think the draw is really the wild, wacky, and "check this out" factor that draws viewers to cannabis related content?

I ask because I'm part of a production team launching a feature film documentary where we want to really focus on the human stories involved in and around the current cannabis social, political, and business phenomenon, and skip lots of the elements you see in other documentaries and news programs (e.g., check out this dispensary -- isn't it amazing to se so much weed?)

Why do you think people are tuning into "Marijuana, Inc." type programs? Is it mostly people from within the cannabis community wanting to see content about cannabis or is it people who are sitting in the Midwest somewhere shocked at what's going on, mostly in California?

I'd love to hear the thoughts of others.
