Let me start by saying I love watching the news. The world's an interesting place and something interesting is always going on. That said, I've come to recognize certain things about CNN that annoy the piss outta me.

First, news anchors are completely out of touch with the common sense most people have. Either that, or they dumb down their reports so idiots can understand them.

This lead them to another sin: twitter and facebook. Leave them on the internet. I don't need to know what WWEfanboy420 thinks about the protests in Iran. And if I did want to know, I would go on the internet to find out. They don't need to take time away from actual experts who know what is going on and giving it to random people who like to tweet.

The world does not revolve around Michael Jackson! I don't get it. He died yesterday at like 4 o'clock my time and they haven't stopped talking about it since. It's the next day and they are still talking about it like it's the only news story that matters! They are a news agency. Okay, Michael Jackson dying is news. So report it and move on. Don't dedicate 15 of your 24 hours to one celebrity who died. Other more interesting and more important things are happening.

And for the love of God stop asking if the honeymoon is over! From the second day Obama was in office to just yesterday, they haven't gone a week without asking "Is the Honeymoon over for Obama?" WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN ANYWAY!?!?!?! I'm sick of hearing it! YES THE GODDAMNN HONEYMOON IS OVER, STOP BRINGING IT UP!

All of the networks have their faults. MSNBC sucks Obama's dick, CNN is a fucking tabloid, and Fox News... well, they're not even news; they're more of a propaganda machine spewing falsehoods and ignorance.

You really can't trust any of them though, the only talking head I can really stand is Keith Olbermann. That's why we have the internet though, to give is unbiased information; and let the little man speak out.

What I mean is that we can get our information from a multitude of different sources and receive raw, and sometimes first-person information about a topic. And yeah, the little man doesn't have Rupert Murdoch pulling their strings.

That's why I only watch the Daily Show. It's the only true source for news.

Yeah, what Jon Stewart does is pure genius. It's ridiculous that you have to go to a fake news comedy satire show to get a level headed, common sense look at what the hell is going on, but, it's true. He and Colbert rock.

You ever watch the daily show....on weeeeeeed?

Every time a news organization spends a ridiculous amount of time on one story my conspiracy theorist brain kicks in and asks, "What is going on in the world right now that they're not telling us because of intense coverage on one thing?"
