Has anyone else seen that ad where this kid brings a joint with him to a little group of his friends, and no one wants to smoke it, so they just pass it around the circle without smoking it? Im sure most of you have before, because its been on for a while.

I dont really have a problem with the ad because it doesnt lie about weed or anything, but have any of you actually listened to the conversation that the kids are having??? Its amazingly stupid. Theyre talking about what kind of belly button they have, and whether they would rather go to school naked or eat something with worms in it (I think the worms part is right). What kind of idiot soccer mom wrote the "script" to that commercial? They make it look like every kid that doesnt smoke weed is just a moron who doesnt have anything better to talk about other than describing their belly button to friends. Anyone else have anything to say?

It is on every morning at school during this channel 1 thing we watch! Whenever it comes on everyone laughs, and our teacher even laughs. it is a rediculous commercial!! The first time i saw it, i didn't know the joint wasn't lit, and when they said it is ok to pass, i thought it was a pro-marijuana commercial, but i knew better

I hated that commercial with a passion at first, but now whenever I see it I just jump up and down yelling "hey! pass it here, goddamn it!" at the stupid little ****er who brings the joint to a bunch of anti-pot losers. thanks mccaffrey!

haha...i've seen that commercial soo many times. it's gotta be one of the worst anti-marijuana ads out there. i like it when that chick gets it passed to her and she's like
'i don't want that!!'
i didn't hear it the first time i saw the commercial, you kind of have to listen to it. it's f*cken funny!!

yes. you hafta love that commercial. it gives me great satisfaction to know that there are people out there spending millions of dollars on anti-drug ad campaigns that are made to appeal only to the part of the population who were anti-drug to begin with.

If ya brought a joint and everyone else didnt light it up you soo would. and before you started to pass it you would spark it too. That commercials patheticly written i bet some GENIUS is clapping everytime it plays saying ohh wow im making a difference in young kids lives with this to blind to society to realize kids can spot things that are phony, even the straightedgers in my school laugh when that commercial plays on Channel 1 (yeah we have that thing too) its a joke and should be taken off the air so we can save money.

That is a stupid commercial to put on.

When I saw that the first time I was like "YEA PASS IT! WHEN ITS LIT!" and then I saw the stoner shrug when it was passed back to him. I know in his head he was like "Yes! this j's for me! What suckers.".

But I have to hand it to that commercial, atleast they showed there is a stoner in that group.

A couple of years ago when my friends and I first started learning how to roll joints, we used to pass around the unlit joint before we smoked it and complement whoever rolled it. More than anything, I just want one of those kids in that commercial to give a thumbs up and say "awsome."

It's hilarious. I mean, what kind of an idiot would roll a joint for a bunch of people he didn't know smoked or not?

He'd either roll it for himself or for his group that was with him who DID smoke and give it to one of THEM... not to mention he'd f**kin' blaze it first, obviously.

Me and my friends have a running joke about that ad, i'm sure you all think it too.

The joke is that all the actors in that commercial were thinking "God, this conversation would be so much better if I was high."

What I want to know is who brought the joint in the first place. Maybe no one wants to take the first hit (tasting of paper) and is waiting for the bud to get a cherry.

It's okay to pass, that leaves more for the rest of us.
