| I really loved old SNL (Chris Farley was the last great era). But then it entered the hell known as Molly Shannon. I find her unfunny and repetitive i.e. Catholic Girl (forget her name) and The one that does I love it I love it I love it over and over. Though it is getting a better and the newer ones have Celebrity Jeopard, my personal favorite next to Hans and Frans. Anyone else wanna rant or rave about SNL, the newer eps?

| Not to mention her skit as a comedian where she insists on repeating "Don't get me started, don't even get me started". SNL needs to do more cartoons a lot more often then they have been doing. I cant remember the last time I saw the ambiguously gay duo or the X-Presidents. The skit of Uncle Jamima's Mash Liquor was on that left me laughing out loud. Id rather watch Mad TV since that show always makes me laugh...especially after toking a few bowls in the bong. | |

| I really like the old ones, with Cris Farley, Dana Carvey and Mike Mayers. The skits i most like are The Church Ladie (is it because of SATAN!?!?)LoL, Ladies Man , Waynes World and When Dana Carvey does George Bush (father), have you seen the one with the THC eye-drops, that one made me laugh till i pissed my self

| Chris Farley, Dana Carvey, Mike Meyers and Adam Sandler (he had some pretty funny stuff) were the greatest. Church lady is still one of my favorites, Ladies Man was alright, Waynes World was hilarious. Dana Carvey was hosting last nights (re-run) of SNL and he did his George Bush and I laughed my ass off! YES, I saw the THC eye drops, that was hilarious, I don't think I've ever laughed harder in my life. |

| Molly Shannon is gone now, finally. Her characters were SO stupid. Their whole basis was to take one line and keep repeating it: "Don't get me started, don't even get me started" "I love it!" "I'm 50, 50 years old" etc.

| The way I see it, SNL, seems to have it's up's and down's. It started up, and you can pretty much say it will never get as good as it was originally. It stayed pretty good up through about the mid '80s (can anyone say Joe Piscapo?), when it got really bad, and it'll never be that bad again either, I don't think. It got real good again in the late '80s and early '90s with Dana Carvey, Mike Myers, Kevin Nealon, Phil Hartman, you all saw it. About the time Farley left, it seemed to basically go nowhere, it was worse than it had been, but not horrible. It got a lot better when will ferral and all those guys (you know who I'm talking about, I can't remember any of their names) joined. Now, it seems to be getting worse again. Weekend Update hasn't been funny since Norm was on, and Jimmy Fallon is just awful in everything he does. Hopefully it'll turn around in a couple years here and be funny again, but who knows?

| I kinda like Molly Shannon's Mary Catherine Gallagher but its somewhat worn out. The cheerleaders were funny but they, too, are a bit old. I loved the Chris Farley, Norm MacDonald, David Spade era. I really like Jimi Fallon, especially when he sings his Adam Sandler ripoff songs. He has a lot of potential. Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey were the gods of SNL for a while there with Wayne's World and the like. The Churchlady was hilarious! And you cannot forget, of course, the almighty Adam Sandler *applauds feverishly*. Peace. Nessa

| The cartoons are hilarious by Robet Smeigel (sp?). Ambigiously Gay Duo and the X-Presidents are the best! Haven't seen those two in a while though. |

| Granted, I haven't been watching SNL much lately, but have they had an X-Presidents since W. took office. I was so waiting for Clinton to join. I think Jimmy Fallon is hilarious. I like Collin Quinn's Weekend Update. Norm McDonald was either hit or miss. His "Note to self" gag was almost never funny. | |
