I think someone on that show is an avid drug user, or just weird. Think about it, the giant talking rat, the bright colours, even weird moving camera shots. My vote is either drugs use or excentricity.

Ooops, your right! Wrong show.....as for Bill Nye, I'm not sure about his marijuana use, I think he may be just a crazy scientist.

I cant say if Bill smokes or not but that Beakmans world they must be smoking the reefer or they are did "25" way to much.

Once when I was watching beakmans world waiting for Bill Nye to come on, my roommate walked in and was baked and went "dude when did beakman become a gerbil".

I have a friend who lives in seattle, which is where bill nye lives I believe. so he is flying from WA to CA and bill nye is on the same flight. His comment was "he's a party animal" I will question him more the next time I see him, probably at hemp fest.
