Has anybody else seen this movie? I thought it was funny, not Sandlers greatest (Big Daddy IMO), but worth seeing, gonna get stoned and watch it sometime this week.

It isn't out in theaters here yet, but I downloaded it.

Ever notice how every one of adam sandler's movies is almost exactly the same? Really dumb guy gets rich through dumb luck. Hilarity ensues.

Mr. Deeds is exactly like Billy Madison.

Adam Sandler is given control of a major corporation that the second in command feels is rightfully his. Afterall, Sandler is just a relative and not qualified in any way. Another high ranking employee is friends with the evil #2 but is actually good. The evil second in command hatches a plot to get the company away from Sandler. Sandler meets a girl. Sandler defeats the evil number two and the company is given to one of Sandler's friends within the company. Sandler and the girl live hapilly ever after...

I just described Billy Madison...or did I?

I don't really like his acting. He gives a sense that he is trying to be funny but no one is laughing.

Billy Madison was funny but it was second grade funny. Mr Deeds is a bit more mature (I stress the word bit) its good for a cheap laugh a good movie to see extreamly riped with your best buds since the jokes are so low we stoners still catch them in our droopy read eyed gloriness

Holy crap, I was just about to post about the exact same thing. One thing you forgot to mention after part 3: Hilarity ensues is part 4: Get's the girl. I've noticed in every movie there is a girl who doesn't like him at the beginning and of course Sandler and that actress fall in love by the end. Gets stale after the 6th installment.

Yea, I noticed how all of Adam Sandler's movie plots are the same. Also, his movies are getting progressively worse with each film he comes out with. Billy Madison was a bomb movie, but you gotta admit- Mr. Deeds was by far one of the worst movies I've ever seen
