My local news just did a Bart's people (human interest) story about this lady who has this business where she goes around picking up dog crap from peoples back yards. This was like a 5 minute story and the whole time they were making poop jokes. It was kinda sad.

So anyways, this got me thinking. What kind of ridiculous, completely idiotic sort of things have you seen/read in your local news?

Geez, I wouldn't even know where to begin. I work as a TV news videographer and I'm forced to do stupid ridiculous stories every day.....Yes, it is sad.
