Pardon my negative thinking, but I'm pretty sure the image has been PhotoChopped (edited with PhotoShop).

Look closely at the bong. Look at how her hand is "gripping" it. Might just be me, but that definetely doesn't look too real, especially after some of the masterpieces I've seen people whip up with PhotoShop.

I posted that pic a while back...and yeah it looks plenty real...people look waaaayyyy too close at pictures now a days...That was a picture that was in Hustler, and she did the photo shoot for it.
