Chris Farley anti-drug ad

Have you guys seen the latest anti-drug commercial from the Chris Farley foundation?! It has SNL cast members talking about Chris Farley and his addiction, and "urging" people not to use drugs. If you HAVE seen it, what do you guys think?!
I'm not too offended by it, as it's not specifically targeting marijuana; on the contrary, I think it's referring more to harder drugs, but it's cool that all the cast members participated.

This thread is fine, its in the proper context of a discussion about an ad, wether that ad targets marijuana or not makes no difference to the threads validity on these boards.

Now stop the squabbling and leave the job up to me please ok?

Im not sure but i think Chris Farley OD on heroin.
He is my favorite comedian, i think i seen all his movies and sketches from SNL.

I've seen it. I guess it makes a good point that you can OD on harder drugs... but I mean, who doesn't already know that?

At the end of the ad they should've said "don't do hard drugs, do marijuana"

Yeah my friends dad died a few days ago from an OD. Funeral is tomorrow and I hate funerals. But theres no choice to be made on whether or not to go.

The problem with many of Chris Farley's skits were that he was dressed up as a women for about 2/3 of his total SNL skits. I never did like Farley in drag.

This is half the problem with current legaliztion efforts. Cannabis always gets lumped in with hard drugs like heroin. It would be nice if someone slapped the people making these ads and have them give some thought to truth in advertising. Of course that would fall under the umbrella of corporate responsibility which the US is grossly lacking.
