Saw a new partnership for a drug free america commercial which made me laugh. It goes something like this. This is Dan's joint, this is the dealer who sold the joint, who got if from the smuggler,
who got it from the cartel, who killed this family. Basicly the commerical is saying smoke some weed and your killing people.
Well 90% of the weed I buy is from Canada ( god bless Canada and all of their oh so sweet cheeba),and the other 10% is from local growers. So unless the Canadian mafia is iceing folks I don't know about, I'm not killing anybody. I just find it laughable the gov. is trying to halt pot use by blaming potheads for killing people.
My pops also found it quite ammusing, even though he hasn't toked in some 30 odd years.

yea i saw that bullsh.t also. well i get my **** from a buddy who grows it here in austin....he's a white as a whiteboy gets, not in any way a cartel member or terrorist. pays his taxes etc....
these commercials are laughable to us...but think of all the ignorant people in this country that will fall for that crap. i guess the real message the DEA is trying to tell me is stop buying crap weed from south of the border and start buyin that high quality american home grown here? guess that makes me a supporter of the war on terrorism! lol

I read what the author had to say about his ad... it sickened me enough to prompt me to fire off an email...

All I'll comment about it here is that to prove his point, he had to use amphetamines as an example. BIG SURPRISE, eh?
