Requiem for a dream ****s with me every time I see it, high or not I get more tweaked every time I watch it. Lord of the Rings the first and second (though in the first they obviously are smoking some chronic herb) are great while high. I would say Fight Club but ive watched it a hundred times and its just now got boring so I don't watch that anymore. The matrix original was always cool, high or not. Ohh and I love to see Monty Python and the holy grail at least once a year. All my favorite movies are so hollywood, its kinda sad...

..But I have one that isn't too well known, its the "dawn of the dead" movie (there are several different movies with that name) where zombies are taking over the earth so these people fly a helicopter to a mall and try and survive there with all the zombies swarming everywhere, going to various stores to get supplies, food and guns while trying to kill or avoid the undead. It was a low budget film but it rocked anyway, if you have a huge video store its possible they have it, but read the back to make sure its the correct movie not just the same name. If your crazy you could probably find the film at borders on dvd, but thats alot more then paying a dollar to rent it. Anyway, if it sounds like your thing trust me its worth seeing.

I voted Dazed and Confused, that movies a classic.

1. Night Of The Living Dead (Has since been re-mixed with a new musical score and extended scenes)

2. Dawn Of The Dead

3. Day Of The Dead

And YES...they do rock!

VERY hard to find! If not at Borders, you might find DVD copies at Amazon or E-Bay.

My sister found it at borders on dvd a year or two ago, who knows if they carry it anymore. This reassures me that my theory is correct, because anybody that knows more about that movie then me is very cool.

...and to add to that you seem to be generally knowledgeable about everything you discuss, which confirms my theory two fold.

It's one of MY favorites too!

Another one is early in the film where a lady went to hug her husband that had been locked in a room...and he bit a HUGE chunk out of her shoulder!

Yellow Submarine by far! The only thing that gets me higher than watching Yellow Submarine while stoned is going to a Dead concert! Another REALLY good movie to watch while you're super stoned is 2001: A Space Odyssey...I swear to god that I had a spiritual experience the first time I saw it.
