It was on a segment called ad nauseum, it was talking about all the new stupid anti marijuana commercials. It called the one where the kid shoots the other kid a great commercial...for gun control. Then it pointed out the alcohol commercials, then he's like "now remember kids, don't do drugs" then takes a swig from a beer bottle. I was high at the time, and it was great. I'm not very good at summarizing sp? things, so i hope it comes on again so people who missed it could see it, jon stewart and gang kick a$$.

yeah i love that show. comedy central is the most pro-pot network on tv. no anti-drug commercials at all, and they give cheech and chong movies and half baked all the time.

Ah thanks for the review! Yeah, that commercial with the kids smoking weed and then one of them blows his buddy away is so lame. If anything, teach people how to be responsible with marijauna as well as guns. Firearms is a 2nd amendment right, and George Washington grew fields of hemp, so I guess that isn't anti-constitutional either!

There is another one that says some enormous statistic about marijuana being detected in a whole bunch of fatal accidents. I guess they don't tell you that marijuana can be detected for over month after ingestion, in some cases. Also I wonder how many of those accidents involved both alcohol AND marijuana (as well as other drugs).

This demonization campaign is not working very well for them.

They had a show a while ago where, as part of a long string of home improvement tips (and how to fix what goes wrong when you're trying to do said home improvement tips), one of the Steves showed how to build a steamroller from a cardboard tube and aluminum foil. John Stewart's reaction was to sarcastically say something like 'I'm sure that's of no interest to our regular audience' and then rolled his eyes at the camera.

I think Comedy Central definitely knows who their viewership consists of primarily.
