Yesterday I had the privilege of seeing this documentary and discussing it with the director, Gerard Ungerman. Several student groups here at OSU paid to fly in Mr. Ungerman for the screening. This documentary opened my eyes to the horrible crimes against humanity that the US is facilitating through Plan Colombia. In this documentary, Ungerman interviews FARC leaders, Ingrid Betancourt (who has since been kidnapped), and the late Paul Wellstone to name a few. It was well made and full of interesting facts. If anyone has the opportunity to see Plan Colombia: Cashing-in on the drug war failure, do so.
