Rob Zombie directed and wrote it and it's supposed to be in theaters March 2003

In “House of 1000 Corpses”, two young couples take a misguided tour onto the back roads of America in search of a local legend known as Dr. Satan. Lost and stranded, they are set upon by a bizarre family of psychotics. Murder, cannibalism and satanic rituals are just a few of the 1000+ horrors that await.

There isn't anything on the web site yet, but I can't wait to see it (the film, and completed Web site). He made it for one studio that saw it as over the top too violent. They movie is supposed to be released highly edited, but the DVD should be the real uncut horror.

Anyone else looking forward to this ultimate horror flick?

Hell yeah! I like Rob Zombie, and White Zombie, and I am definitely looking forward to this movie. Twill be gruesome, I tell you. GRUESOME!

From what I've heard this movie has been edited more than a dozen times to get it "down" to a R rating. Weedhappy's right about the DVD, that's where all the real blood, guts and terror should be.

I heard about this project a while ago, and was told that it wasnt going to be released, but I'm happy that it is now.

I remember seeing a preview for this at a theatre a helluva long time ago. I just sat back, stunned, and thought, "coooooool....".

It looked really good, but then I never heard from it again. This was back quite some time ago too, can't quite remember when.

Yeah, I saw a preview for this in the theater a long time ago too, and I thought I looked good. Now I just watched the new trailer and that trailer is about 20 times better than the preview I saw at the movies

same sorta idea...cept no ppl eating.

rob zombie really is messed up. this movie is crazy

After much anticipation, Rob Zombie's Film Debut is finally in theatres. He started shooting this movie some 5-6 years ago, and now I finally catch a Commercial for it.

Rob Zombie is very involved with alot of Old sci-fi/horror flicks. He sais its a dream for him to finally be able to direct one of his own films.

So yeah if your a fan of demonic sci-fi horror flicks, or a Fan of his music, you should check this out.
