SWAT was a pretty bad movie. I didn't go in expecting any more than a regular action movie, and the only positive claim that could be made about the movie is that it is nonstop action. I had to pee for the last hour of the movie but I was going to wait until a slow point. I didn't get to go until the movie was over.

The ending was pretty lame and I thought that they would develop a romantic relationship between the guy from the recruit and the fast and the furious girl. Samuel L. Jackson had some pretty good one-liners though. When they made fun of the vegetarian it was pretty funny, too.

It's one of the better action movies in years. The characters have some depth, and very little in the movie is completely unbelievable. It has good action sequences, too.

Oh yea...and the names you're looking for are Colin Farrell and Michelle Rodriguez...and you obviously missed the first half of the movie, as there WAS a romantic connection developed between them.

SWAT was a welcome step away from boring, cheesy flicks like Bulletproof Monk and The Transporter that have taken over the action genre.

I agree about the action. Colin Farrell's character has depth, but few of the other characters do. However, I did miss the very beginning of the movie and it seemed that I must have missed something relating Colin Farrell and the french guy.

Well, there's nothing better out right now. I've already seen American Wedding, Pirates of the Caribien, and LXG.

I'm just waiting for The Two Towers to come out on video. Just a couple more weeks. Then I have a plan to stock up on a ton of food and weed.. and just watch almost 8 hours of LOTR. Gonna watch both of them in a row. Woo, fun!~

I saw swat tonight And thought it was great.I liked it from start to end,Bad thing is I cant get that part of the song out of my head.
