Damn, I don;t know what I would watch if Conan didn't have his show, he's the funniest of all late talk shows, it's become a ritual to watch him when I'm get high at night.

I'm American and didn't get one of his jokes. Conan is the best, I'm thinking about going to a taping of his show. When he gets back to NYC that is.

Didn't get one as in (1) the number, or any at all?

I'm just curious, a lot of people I know are speculating about this, and we really don't know any Americans who don't live in Canada or aren't fairly familiar with the country.

Odd thing about Canadian humor; if you're not Canadian, you probably won't understand it at all. But it's damn funny if you do!

I'm not Canadian so I didn't find half the jokes COnan told funny.It seems like all he did was kiss Canadas ass for 4 days. I can't wait till he's back in NYC.

I can't believe they actually hired Conan to do this and then say they had no idea that it would so "vile" and "racist filth". did they actually watch the show, before forking over the million buck, or what ever it was?

Also, isn't Conan Canadian? I don't know, but he just sort of seems Canadian to me.

I don't really understand what was so bad about it. The one guy, once it was translated, he thought it was hilarious.

The street signs were funny; you ever tried to drive in Quebec? It's an absolute *****. I'm not too shabby with my french, but when you're doing like 150 thru Montreal to keep with the flow, translation isn't quite that easy.

And the separatists...

You know what? **** the separatists, they tried to divide my country, so the hell with them. When that smarmy assed couple got made fun of after they arrogantly said they were separatists, that made my damn day, and I've had a pretty interesting week.

When I called my mom today, she mentioned that it's not that nice to make fun of them when they have so little support. The hell with that; the only way to deal with separatists is to kick them while they're down, so they'll never get back up.

I like Quebec, it was nice to stay in, nice to visit, and the people are really cool. If I support racism because I think separatists are the lowest human beings on the planet, then so be it...
