| I saw this and rented it on a whim just cus of the cover without ever having heard of it. I thought it was pretty lame and would not recommend it. I think most people would rather see Half Baked for the millionth time than watch this, it was that bad. I tend to critique movies rather harshly but this was a definite straight to video B-movie at best. |

| Dude, honestly Half Baked is good and all, but its almost a cliche for stoners now. Rolling Kansas is a good movie because, straight up boobies! And of course the magical forest of marijuana! |

| Homegrown was an excellent movie. Half-baked was good for a few laughs. Bongwater and Rolling Kansas both were sub-par I thought. Unfortunetly, movies like that will continue to be made, because some people, like Blackbird painfully pointed out, will buy or watch anything as long as it has to do with pot. As long as there's a market (which unfortunetly there is) for poorly made movies dealing with the topic of marijuana, similiar movies will likely be made. Another movie, which I thought handled the topic well, IMO, was cash crop. if you can overlook the fact that james Van Der Beek is in it, its a pretty cool movie, and one I saw the main point in all too clearly, coming from a farming/ranching community.

| half baked is funny, but i cant stand jim brewer's(sp?) character. i thought he was so annoying. there were a few parts in rolling kansas that i thought dragged along, but the guy who played kevin was funny pretty much thru out the whole thing. i like the part where he has to go buy "cutting impliments". and that part where the government agents come to their house at the end |
