Rolling Kansas can be forgiven if they didn't actually smoke a joint in that one, because the entire damn movie is about pot. Also, Rip Torn!

they have a cool smoke session with scooby and the gang in the mystery machine listening to magic carpet ride by steppenwolf, there is also a well done smoking scene in the movie goodbye lennon which is well worth a watch if your not one of these gimps that bitch about having to read subtitles
