Anyone watch the series The Wire on HBO? It's all based on real stories out of Baltimore; it's all about the drug dealing aspect, the police trying to catch them and of course the crooked cops and politicians..I'd say it's one of the best series' I've seen on TV since the sopranos..check it out

yea i always catch this show in the middle or so, but deff will start watching it.

Weeds and Entourage are sick.

and Damon Waynes has a new show on ShoTime called THE UNDERGROUND...... it's very similar to there familys' old show "In Living Color"

Oh yeah Entourage is definetly worth watching too, I catch Weeds every now and then but I never get to watch the whole episode through. The Wire is in season 4 now, but if you were to pick a season to start watching, definetly go with season one, not only is it the first season so you get all the information onf the characters, but it's one of the best seasons of the 4 by far.

excellent yea i have ON-DEMAND... so i can watch it whenever, i think i'll watch it now lol im pretty blazed... so basically ill concentrate more lol

The Wire is probably the best show ever written for television. It really makes you think how far we've dug into this hole we are in.

Anyway, I agree with the suggestion that if you're going to start somewhere, start from the beginning, but my favorite season was 2.

For everyone that has seen Season 3, what do you think about a real life Hamsterdam?
