Theres discussions of the show WEEDS but i was just wondering if anyone else on here has been following the other series Dexter?

I've been following it since the first episode. It's twisted but it's a good crime series. Just got done watching it tonight. It's startin to get really good.

Yea, I just caught up to the current episodes. The crappy part is I don't have Showtime anymore so I have to download it later in the week.

I hate to sound full of myself but I KNEW "Dr. Hook" was the Ice Truck Killer. The first fucking moment I saw him flirting with Debra. He's a doctor and he just kept dropping all these subtle hints. It fits in so well with the story line. He knows so much about Dex already, now he's fucking his sister. I know it probably won't happen but I just hope he doesnt kill Deb, she's too funny.

I agree, a few weeks ago when he came into the picture i started to think he might be the ice truck killer. He works with plastic arms and legs and the people were kept alive when he made the cuts so it kind of gave you a clue that it might be a doctor.

Yea hopefully they don't take Deb off the show.

just watched episode 11. very interesting. wonder how things will play out. is that the end of the season? if so that is fuckin crazy. poor dex not getting to the bottom of things sooner.

The next season of Dexter should be good. Now hes got that cop following him around. The 2 other series shows i'm waiting for to start back up is Brotherhood and Weeds.

Good to see a Dexter thread finally.

I'd also recommend that you check out the book that the series is based on, 'Darkly Dreaming Dexter'. There are quite a few plot differences, but I couldn't put it down.

It is definately good. I couldn't put it down once I started, and I've let one of my managers borrow it, and he's really enjoying it too. I've already finished the second book as well.

Yeah. Love the show and although I was pretty sure who the Ice Truck killer was- I had no idea, and thought it a good shock, how he was related!
