Default Why do people think Carlos Mencia's show is actually good?
That guy has some way stale, frosted, half ass jokes... And most of them are way overdone, every show he has, it's basically the same, dumbass, race, bitch jokes every time... I'm baked as a pie can get right now and his show is on... guess what I haven't laughed once. How can people find him funny. Do all 12 year olds in the world watch the show, or what?

Don't get me wrong he has a pretty funny standup act... but his mind of mencia shows blow balls. I don't even get how he stays on air. Who laughs at his show? Anybody? Very rarely I will get a laugh, but it's nothing special... im quickly boreded to death right after...

Yeah, Mencia sucks dude. I never watch him. I don't even think that his stand up is good at all. He steals his jokes...and reuses them..

Because its about a person? It's not about a TV show but a person.

Anyways, yeah the dude really isn't funny at all. A friend of mine (who is mexican) loves him, needless to say it doesn't take much to make my 'amigo' laugh.

I was way too high. When I looked for a TV thread I only saw videos and movies... Not the television part XD. But spiral is right. The topic could go in both places, I think. Anywho...

That's why he made this thread, to discuss why people think he is funny, and how many think he actually isn't. If you think he is funny please enlighten us instead of pointing out the obvious. His jokes suck and he loves to play the typical race/girl jokes, oh sorry pointing out the obvious again.

It's just as obvious that explaining what I think is funny won't "enlighten" you one bit, unless it's a joke that you don't 'get', which doesn't apply to Mencia. How can anyone explain why they think an obvious joke is funny? Why do the French think Jerry Lewis movies are funny while most Americans just think he's pathetic? Do we just say they're all stupid? I don't watch the guy, so I don't know if I'd be amused at any of his stuff, but all I see here is the theme that if you think he's funny, then you're easily amused. That's all I've got on this topic and I'll leave the thread to you guys to discuss.

Mind of Mencia is the dumbest show on comedy central next to sarah silverman. I watch Mind of Menica for the 1st season it was on tv but every single joke is reused. Its all personal opinion people like some stuff that i hate
