Bush's Glycerine is a really sad song to me for some reason maybe cause it takes me back to when it was being played on the radio alot but to me Requiem for a Dream is a fucking epic ass song that makes me want to go into a huge lord of the rings battle or some shit but yea the KURT cobain fans how could you not put UNDER THE BRIDGE on your list of sad songs i also found one of his covers on the unplugged album pretty sad the one where they sing where did you sleep last night and he says the pines a bunch you know?

I would say this song is the most depressing for me. The bands name is For Squirrels and the song was made in 1995 called Mighty K.C. Before the release date for this song and album three of the band members were killed in accident. The song was a tribute to Kurt Cobain after his death. The lyrics and the music video makes it eerie knowing that the 3 band members were killed before the song was released. This song was one of their first big hits.

On September 8, 1995 the group was headed home from New York City to Gainesville, Florida, after playing a triumphant showcase. In Georgia, a van tire blew out, singer Jack Vigliatura 21 who was driving, lost control and the vehicle flipped over, killing him, bassist Bill White 23 and tour manager Tim Bender 23; guitarist Travis Tooke and drummer Jack Griego were injured. Vigliatura had just married his high-school sweetheart; the group's major-label debut was due out in a month. The album Example was still released.
