Hellz yeah-TOOL is one of the greatest bands ever. They have such a gritty, but clean type sound like no other. A perfect circle is pretty cool,too,but it still doesn't compare. TOOL is one of those bands that if you ever just listen to the lyrics,you'll be hooked. Happy tool-ing.

ive been in a tool tribute band for going on 2 years now and i can seriously say that theres nothing more satisfying than jamming out to lateralus...LIVE!

yah tool is pretty sick, i like parabola and the pot, but i dont listen to them too much

Tools are legends in my book. I always happily wait the 5+ years for each album.

I like too, with the EXCEPTION of the Lateralus album....I only enjoy like 2 tracks from that whole CD. For awhile, I thought they were going downhill, as I liked Undertown better than Anemia, Anemia better than Lateralus, but then I disliked Lateralu and throughly LOVED 10,000 Days luckily. Sober will ALWAYS be my favorite Tool track though, as that song means a lot to me....

i agree. i think the lyrics of 'sober' would mean a lot to many people on these forums. personally, i love that song. if anyone here hasn't seen any tool music videos, watch one on youtube the next time you haze. itll blow your mind. but make sure its an official music vid, for instance, the one posted in this thread is fan-made.

I absolutely love Tool. They are lyrical masters. If you like Tool, I recommend checking out A Perfect Circle, Puscifer and VOLTO! The first two are more or less side projects of Maynard whereas VOLTO! is a quartet featuring Danny Carey (drummer of Tool). All are excellent.
