but courtney is pretty cool, shes challenging Vivendi Universal in court now. shes got enough money to really give' em a good fight for musicians everywhere tired of getting **** on by record conglomerates and their greed. courtney is quite clever too. but even she does really stupid things.

Alright i didn't excpect this to be a debate topic but this is what i have to say.

Firstly Nirvana hated the fact that mainstream music lovers were attending their shows and they didn't want to become mainstream. however in 93 kurt cobain changed his views on that and respected all of his fans. If his life was as hard as he expressed in his musc and the media said then how can you excpect him not to be negative???

The point is Their is no real significant proof he killed him self. He had 3.5 mgs or something crazy like that of heroin in his system. how could he have lifted a shotgun and aimed properly? Their was a documentary called "Kurt and Courtney" that showed exactly what could of happened where courtney hired a hitman. If you are interested on this conspiracy or dont believe it see this documentary!!!!!
Also the "suicide note" he left did not mention death once. It could have merly been about his departure from Nirvana which he was considering at the time. Weather Courtney Love killed him or not the fact remains she is a horrible singer in concert and she is such a tramp. I am not basing this on other peoples opinions or the media. I have sewen many interviews with her and she was either relaly rude or looking and acting real trampy and *****y. Sorry about these terms if they offend anyone i just dont know any other way to describe it. Me and my dad left EDgefest 99 early because Hole was performing last and i honestly couldn't bear her screeching a second longer. I personally think hole sucks. End of discussion

Well, supposedly, Live Through This is practically a Nirvana album, he helped her work out all the songs, and I've heard there are tapes of him singing some of them, they definitley have a Nirvana sound...

Live through this strikes me as an exceptionally good album, I don't doubt Kurt was all over it...

As far as her as a person, she's prob a) the coolest person in the world or b) the biggest ***** in the world

You'd have to know her, who really cares...

And I doubt Nirvana would even be a band anymore, they were going through a lot of problems, I'm still amazed by the exceptionally quality of every album, as of now, they are THE band of the 90's, they're credited a sinventing a sub-genere of music, and essentially saving music from a perpetual hell of Madonna and Micheal jackson, too bad now that they're gone it's started again....

With birttney and N'sync...with bands like Korn and ****, really not good enough to appeal to everyone...

I'd hate for them to have faded away by breaking up, as much as I love Kurt, they were a BAND not a solo preformer, and I don't think it would be the same without any one of them, (look at that Foo Fighters ****, ugh)


Saddest thing I've heard though, I remmeber reading something where Micheal Stipe said that him and Kurt were planning to do an album together, his next project was supposedly another heavy acoustic piece with violins and all...

Nirvana Unplugged amazed me so much, I ****ing cry when I think wat could have been...

I'm with TheCleric, nirvana was WAY over rated. All nirvana did was start the alternative music craze. Alternative music is one of the most worthless forms of music. I say this from the musical aspect, there is little talent involved. The 80's metal musicains were much more talented than any alternative rock band. Not that 80's metal is all that great either. Don't get me wrong I love all music. But nirvana was very, very far from being a great band.

In response to the people who are acting like it is a horrible sin for Courtney to have used Kurt's music after he died...

Kurt and Courtney were a couple, and the only two people who know how they really felt towards each other, or what Kurt intended for Courtney to do with his music, are those two people, and no one else.

I am a writer, I love my wife, and if I died tomorrow, I would want her to use anything she could that I left behind to ensure her safe future. If she could put my name on coke cans and french fry boxes to make sure that she would have a roof over her head and food to eat, I would want her to do it, I dont care what kind of credibility it cost my name, I'm dead remember? If she was the most important thing to him in this world, Im sure he wouldnt mind her using somehting he left behind to further her career.
