| I'm pretty sure I had a sublime thread going back in the day, and yes, I have to agree with some of you, sublime is my favorite group. Bradley's style is totally unique, for he created a mix of many musical styles that were the crazy long beach stylee. All of their cd's are great, and bootlegs are highly recommended, as there are some amazing unreleased songs. My personal favorite song is Don't Push. It more or less captures everything that sublime is in a bit under four and a half minutes. Other favorites are: Right Back Freeway Time In L.A. County Jail Pass Me the Lazerbeam(unreleased, off the Bums Lie boot) STP Boss DJ Jailhouse Slow Ride Roots Of Creation Romeo Greatest Hits DJ's KRS-one I figured I'd better stop now before I listed nearly all of their songs..heh Check out the Long Beach Dub Allstars, if you already haven't. Both Right Back and Wonders of the World are above average albums, Wonders of the World being the better of the two, in my opinion. I saw lbda on october 13th in new york city, at roseland ballroom, and it was one of the best show's I've ever been to. Truly some good stuff. Peace.

| Sublime do indeed kick arse. I couldn't pick a favorite. Just out of curiousity, and as an indulgent display of my broadish knowledge of music, has anybody heard the original version of 5446 / ball and chain? Does anybody know who performed it? I do. ![]() | |
