I wanna know if any of you guys have any music of your own on the net? I´m gonna record my band´s next jam session so i post it here some time this month. From what i see Slightly Stoopid has at least on song out (to little to late) sorry, SS i´m downloading it right now! i hope that not a problemo with you.

PS. to Slightly Stoopid; do you have anything else? and i just found one person that has is on the audiogalazy satellite server maybe The Cleric?!? who knows?

Though i have had dreams, may of them, of being in the band Slightly Stoopid, i have to say i am not

I just made my name "slightly Stoopid", cause i guess Slightly Stoopid is the coolest

Also they have many songs, just search for them on napster, better yet go buy one of their CD's and show some support!

I wish I did, my band's just starting to get some gigs and whatnot together. We have one coming up in May in Columbus, OH. I think it's some kind of benefit for the Green Party, but I haven't gotten all the details yet. I'll try and make a post about it later when I know everything.

Ive only played with a band once but we didn't record anything. I play guitar and have written atleast 100 songs.I think they are pretty good so im going to record some in the near future and I'll let you guys know if i put them on napster.

You know?!, right after i posted i thought about that, you just liked the band and uses their name, oh well. The song i downloaded is great. I would buy the CD but you have no ideia how hard is to find off-stream CD´s here. 99,999% of the record stores never heard of iron butterfly and weird al yankovic (just examples), i have to buy it at amazon or something but then i have to pay customs fees and cr*p. but i´ll look for it.

Since in your case, you don't have access to thier CDs. Just download all thier songs, that is if you have a fast modem. Normaly i don't like people downloading my fav bands songs, just so they don't need to buy the album, but this is an exeption. I bet Brazil dosn't have alot of the cool stuff like we got up here:P

Well.. I was in a ska band a long time ago. We do have an mp3 of one of our songs, and I would be glad to upload so ya can hear.. we never got too far, but we had a lot of fun, which was all we cared about

I got the bum rap on the creativity scale. Brazil is one of the richest countries in music. lots of things are just found here, like mague-beat, samba, forró. sure you can say rock,blues,jazz,hip-hop are all made in usa but these days you can find that all over the world, but if you find a band that plays mangue-beat thas is not from brazil, i give you my favorite zippo lighter.
