This is my favorite band and it shocks me that neither i nor anyone else here has posted a thread about them. These guys rock, fast paced rock with crazy lyrics and awesome creativity. I cant say i have heard another band like them, its sad that the most common song people have heard by them is sugar, dont get me wrong its an awesome song but they have soo much better. There self titled album is amazing, so many great songs. Suite pee, pluck, darts. ddevil. I suggest if you like awesome anger rock or just crazy rock at all to pick up some songs and listen to them. They are coming out with a new cd soon, should be as awesome as the first one.

dude im totally feeling what your saying soad is the sweetest band out there i totally love them... serj's singing mixed with darons crazy guitar riffs and the rhythms of shavo and john... it all comes together and creates this crazy type of music i love it .. and serj has some lyrics that actually have a meaning, esp on P.L.U.C.K. about the armenian genocide thats some deep ****... the point is they rule and need way more recognition

i live very close to all the members.they are like regular people.i see them at parties and stuff.they are really cool.some of my freinds know them personally.i dont really want to cause im a rap person.anyways i really started this thread to talk about the armenian genocide.

Local i think thats very cool of you to think like that.i guess sytems lyrics are sending a message.I happen to be an armenian and i fight every year on april 24(armenian gonocide day) to get these cock sucking turks to just admit what they did.i hope systems lyrics get more people aware.

I heard rumors that the new album is coming out in june can anyone confirm these rumors? I know the system of a down site is really crappy and same goes for most of the fan pages. so if anyone knows something please let me know cause ill be at the mall cash in hand to see where these guys have gone.

I downloaded the song "spiders" because i saw the sugar video and thought it was cool, the spiders kinda sucks. Maybe thats not there best song, i´ll download something later

I was on 420bands.com or something similar to that, saw Serj Tankian (vocalist) holding a bud.

They're pretty cool for a little while, but I only listen to their CD every once in a while.
