I myself am the #1 fan of eminem.I mean F*ck stan.that guy is a casual listener compareed to me.In fact if i ever saw that punk whitey ford i would beat the sh*t out of him.Anyways The government is a bunch of communist propaganda spreading pigs(animal farm) dressed up like there something nice.And apparently its ok to say weed but not when its smoke weed.Cuz they dont want to give people some crazy ideas.after all,marijuana is a deadly drug.And look at all the overdoeses it has causes.It's Not like oxycontin, vicodin,codeine, valium, Xanax. No sir.Those are legal.Come on people.One day in the year 2078.People are gonna look at these prohibitionists and laugh at their ignorance.

Actually, our government is far from communist, closer to a dictatorship than anything. Communism is actually far from a bad idea, the only problem is it doesn't really work on large scales. In small groups, where everyone is committed to living in a peaceful manner where everyone gets along and is free to do as they wish, it's fine, but on a large scale it's extremely difficult. However, I've heard some very good things about modern communists, but have yet to read anything into their ideas.

Our government is definitely not communist or even close... If anything its severely pro-capitalist(which isnt really a good thing but shrug).

As far as censorship goes... yeah its just gonna keep getting more and more out of hand... Apparently our government thinks we should be as Puritan as possible... As long as the majority of society is caught up in religion and conservatism then nothing is gonna change man... Now Im not knocking anyone here who believes in god... but religion... is killing our society

Of course, the first amendment doesn't apply to "obscene" material. That's why I find my 30 or so dollars each year in my tiny student budget to renew my ACLU membership.

The problem with Marxism is that it's so easily transfixed into Dictatorialism. The problem doesn't lie in the masses, but in the human condition. When you empower one person with the welfare of an entire society, it is all too easy for him to control the masses to fit his own agenda. That's why Marxism nor Communism would ever work. If they could find a way to keep Marxism alive without sacrificing the power of the people, that's fine, but there's something about power that inhumanizes a person.

Big God and Fab4Fan, thanks for setting the record straight, I hate it when people mix up communism with dictatorship or state that the opposite of communsim is fascism instead of capitalism..
anyways Fab4Fan pretty much expressed my feeling on this topic, but me and my dad both grew up in soviet-communist Poland and today we both still think that communism is a good system in its theory but it has *never* really existed the way Marx or even Lenin had it in mind because of corruption and because of the power-hungry who abused it..
