Best CD of the year, well for me at least. If you have ever listend to Deltron 3030 you probably know the band gorillaz cause of the singer.

Amazing music, FANTASTIC beats, and the best music video i have ever seen, pure trip hot.

I give it a 9.5/10

yeah....they're alright. the only real reason i gave them a chance was because they're produced by dan the automator and del performed in their first single. i wouldn't go even close to calling it the best album of the year, though.

I can't say I'm a fan of the music, but it is a very cool concept. And I think the guy from Blur is a real visionary, even if I don't like his music either.

yeah i like gorillaz too, i didnt know they had an album tho. i thought they were like only internet band. I saw their video "clint eastwood" its pretty cool and gets 5 doritos on the doritosman scale. nice funky beats and cool cartoons.

Gorillaz are pretty cool. Not sure if I'd call the album best of year (that award goes to Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards ) They're playing the hell out of Clint Eastwood up here on the radio and it's becoming a bit of a pop trend... sad. Wonder what all the people who got suckered into buying the album because of the catchy single and a cute video thought of the rest of the album. It's definitely not run of the mill radio pop.
