Default Jack Johnson

I know there are a great many Ben Harper fans that troll these boards.. So i gotta ask...

Who here can't stop listening to Jack Johnson's album "BrushFire Fairytales"?

Jack Johnson's style of music is almost that of Ben Harpers, maybe a little more upbeat in some songs. Since i bought his CD about two weeks ago, i still havn't taken it out of my car stereo.

I can't pick a favoriot song, as they are all very good. This CD should be a part of EVERYONE's collection, as it is just amaing music that compliments any high!

Right on! I just got Brushfire Fairytales and I can't stop listening to it. My favorite song to listen to after smoking has to be f-stop blues, but every song is amazing. I'm also a big Ben Harper fan, man I just love this stuff.

PEACE

ill tell you what man, ill tell you what. i just downloaded a couple of jack johnson's songs and i am thoroughly impressed. we have a lack of modern day artists that make such superlative music. wish there were more artist like him. it's all good though. plenty of classic rock out there to suit my tastes. jack johnson. awesome.

Yay
People are finally giving him a shot.

Here is some stuff that will get you into Jack ASAP.

http://www.cdnow.com/cgi-bin/mserver...tistID=JOHNSON*JACK/ITEMID=1498375

above is a link to cdnow, where they have a short demo of all tracks for jack johnson's cd "Brushfire Fairytales". Listen to em.

Songs to check out would be: Flake, Losing Hope, Bubble Toes, F-Stop Blues, and Inaudable melodies. Remember that every song in the cd becomes an addiction, these songs are the ones I listened to mostly at first, and eventually It got to the point where I couldn't go a day without hearing the album

Bushfire Fairytales is an awesome album! But,still, my favorite JJ song of all time is "Mediocre Badguys"

Has anybody see him live? I haven't but I'd love to, I bet he gives a great live show!

For one thing I love Jack Johnson. And Brushfire Fairytails is a very good album. I remember when I first got the album I couldn't stop listening to it.
I my favorite album is In Between Dreams. It's more up. Then... slow. On and On is a good album too.

I love listening to Jack when I'm smoking with my buddies. It's funny, they never used to listen to him, and then they started buying his albums. My friend Lauren is now addicted.

Rock on, keep tokin

i saw him live summer of 05, and it was one of the best shows ive ever seen. he covered sublime's badfish/steel train into 1 song before it came out on "look at all the love we've found" the sublime tribute cd.

i got brushfire fairytales like 4 years ago when i first heard "middle man" on kelly slater pro surfer. since then ive loved his music. its amazing to smoke to
