|  Dire Straits Thought I would start a thread about these guys. Mark Knopfler is an amazing guitarist. Brothers in Arms would have to be my favourite song and I think it one of the best pieces of music ever. So relaxing and moving and when high it only gets better. Just close your eyes and get taken for a ride  |

| Yes, Mark Knopfler is an amazing guitarist. I love to hear him play. And he does it all with his fingers, no pick. Amazing. I haven't heard much of their stuff, other than things on the radio. I have heard hookah do Water of Love a few times, but I've never heard the original. I love that song.

| My dad got me listening to Dire straits back in the day. Awesome songs and lyrics =) Ahh.. the good ol'e days with dad, blasting Zeplin, Ozzy, GNR, Straits, Halen, and all them good ol bands.... |
