sorry to burst your bubble..but KMK is just a cheasy stoner "band". Actually they aren't a band, they are a group, so that is what I will refer to them as from now on. They fit into that ICP category of clique groups. They are more a lifestyle, than they are music. One can't exist without the other.

With that being said, I used to like rap for a short period of time, especially and mainly, KMK. Then I stopped listening to all that because its cheasy crap that has no real meaning other than: I get stoned and have alot of sex. They just re word it from song to song. However, I do give them credit for Peace Not Greed. Good meaningish and makes some good points.

Ive been listenin to KMK for about 4 years now, and im a fan of all their cd's. But if you ask me they are sounding to hippy'ish for me, i like their old school ****.

but ive been to 2 KMk concerts, (the ICP, Bone thugs, Tech n9ne, KMK concert was the ****!!) and they always have a dope show!

AS far as KMK being a cliqueish group a la ICP, I have to agree, but I don't see anything negative about it. Whats wrong with a group making music for a select fan base? I give groups like this props for not selling out and changing their music so that it has a universal appeal. I don't want KMK to sound like the Backsreet Boys, no matter how many records they might sell if they did(Lord knows I wouldn't be buying them though).
Maybe I'm simple minded in your eyes, Bongwater, but there are times I don't want deep meaning in every song I listen to. However, as KMK have aged, their music has improved as well. If you take the time to look there's more depth in a lot of KMK songs than I smoke a lot of weed and get laid often.

I went to my first KMK concert last night, and I had the best time I've had in about a year. I brought a friend that didn't really like them and he had an "awesome" time. Got to meet Lou Dog, Big B, DJ B, Tax Man.

Postive Vibes, Peace Not Greed, Ur Done, Sooo High, Suburban Life, Bump, Life Rolls On, Day Dreamin Phases, Rip the Night Away, Outcasts, Sub Noize Rats, and some others I can't remember right now.

I don't like ICP at all, but I'm 100% down 4 tha krown.
