| (*)Ions Listen to it on headphones...i thought there was a fuggin fly buzzin around my head for a few seconds...was swinging my arms at the back of my head to kill it...once i realized it was the music i was just trippin... Die Eier Von Satan i listened to that my big stereo... I sat there, then I turned my head real slow and looked at the speakers that the Devil (or so it seems) was talking out of...I figured if I was on shrooms I probably would have sen the Devil's head pop out of the speaker at me, or Hitler's or something. Sorry for the mention of another substance admins...just had to tell the story. Admins --> Me -------> ![]()

| Listen to Flood. It's on the Undertow album. The first half (instrumental part) is very trippy. Also, every time I go to sleep with that CD on, I'll wake up in a sweat, having to sort of catch my breath, and Flood is on every time it happens. I'll start the CD at the beginning, and I'll fall asleep after a few songs...but I always wake up when it comes to that song. Try going to sleep with the Undertow on...let me know if Flood makes your subconscious go into a panic attack Message to Harry Manback makes me laugh. ![]() I'm stoned, I'm outta here. Happy New Year. |

| has anyone listened to " the string tribute to TOOL" its a string orchestra doing tool songs. very trippy. its more of a mellow trip. not as intense with out lyrics or drums, but man some of the effects they do do with their acoustic cellos and violins as amazing. i suggest you all listen to it... if its any indication of how influencal this band realy is think about this; classical musictions are paying attention to them and mimicing their style and ideas. i just love the complexity of TOOL they rock. when ever i listen to TOOL i have to listen to the entire ablum, its like a symphony every track is an important part of the story of TOOL. | |

| I like all tool in general. They are one of my favorite bands of all time. Aenima and Eulogy are two of my favorites, but i listen to all my Tool Cds religiously. As far as what song is the most "trippy", maybe Opiate, at the end of the disk, you know. "I had a friend once, he took some acid, now he thinks he a fire truck. Its ok though, until he pisses on your lighter...." HOLY SHIT! This thread is from the triassic period! This stuff should all be deleted, but Tool still rocks! How did i get in here anyhow?
