|  wow i totally missed this thread and these guys getting big. I just heard their song today, pretty hip tune (last night) Defintly had a great old old rock sound to it, gotta love bands that can pull that off.  Cleric |

| i saw them recently... in the houston area. i just moved here like a week ago ... from ohio. they were alright... nothing to write home about tho houston is ok 'cept i cannot find any weed here! in ohio weed is EVERYWHERE ... in seabrook, nothing.... people are too conservative here or something kinda sucks  |

| The Strokes If many of you here like classic rock or a good sounding rock and roll band, these guys are it. The Strokes are one of the best bands out, in this generation. I advice everyone to listen to this song. It's entitled "You Only Live Once", if you want anymore from them just pm me. They are abosolutely AMAZING. | The Strokes are extremely awesome. I just didn't like their latest album much... I think Room On Fire is their best, then Is This It? Saw them live in concert a few months ago, it was an awesome show... my friend and I were looking for pot at the concert SO hard, but noone was selling/sharing  We eventually got a roach off this one guy, and as soon as I sparked it up security tapped me on the shoulder and took it away from me! He probably wanted it for himself.
