Alright I just wanna see who all on this site has a guitar. If you do, how good are you, how long have you been playing, and what kind of guitar do you have?

I am not very good yet but I'm getting a lot better. I've only been playing for about 4 months, and I have a fender strat and a bad ass amplifier

I have a Martin DB-15 acoustic, an ESP M-150, and a Gibson Les Paul Elegant.

Ive got a marshall stack and some other cheap ass 15 watt amp for doodlin around with when the 'rents get tired of their ears ringing.

I've been playing for 5 years and im pretty darn good (speaking for myself). I really need to find a band though

Anyway, i love my guitars and wouldnt give them up for anything....except alot of money or a better guitar

I have an Ibanez AW-10 series acoustic...I've played for about 2 years or so. If I get better, I'm eyeing a 67 Tele at the local guitar shop.

I like this thread...they're lots of threads about bands and such, but not many about playing music.

It's the Maroon color like in Musicians Friend catalog. I really love that guitar. It has a really great tone to it.

I've been playing for a couple years now on and off. I have a fender mustang, and a Seagull acoustic.

I really like the acoustic, but today I broke my D string

I love music, but playing it is like a secret nobodys let me in on. Still, I don't give up, although I haven't practiced much since I found this site. I reckon I qualify as the worlds worst gituarist, as no-one who has played as many hours as me could possibly sound worse!
From my experience, all gituarists toke, or have toked. Anybody know a non-toking gituarist?

I've play a DeArmond Starfire IV with a natural finish. I took the pickguard off because i saw that John Lennon took the guard off of his Casino (I think) but then I couldn't get it back on right, so off it stays. I've been playing for about 7 or 8 years. I just wish i hadn't been in to Nirvana when i firsat started playing. i would be so good by now. Instead I'm just kind of good. Other people tell me I'm good, but I'm way too humble (and I've seen too many people better than me) to totally agree.

And I'm pretty sure I'm getting a banjo for christmas. I can't wait till i can play a few tunes on that! "I'll be rolling in my sweet baby's arms . . ."

Hahahaha...the Nirvana thing happened the exact same way to one of my friends...he played for 5 years, but he was interested in nirvana for the first 2.
