come on, all the heads on the boards gotta recognize the jedi mind...any real hip-hop fan who hasn't heard of them must have been under a rock for the past few years. jus allah (megatraum) just left the group, but ikon and stoupe are working on a new LP. if you haven't heard of them, here's a few tracks to download:

-blood runs cold
-omnicron
-sacrifice
-the deer hunter
-i against i
-heavenly divine
-muerte
-trinity

they're definitely one of my favorite groups, although i have a strange feeling this thread won't get that many replies...let's see how it goes.

Other notables for high listening in hip hop:
-Organized Konfusion
-Pharoahe Monch (who happens to be in O-K)
(highly recommend -"The Truth" and the track he has with MOP.)
Dj Spooky has a sweet track with Pharoahe called rekonstruction. It may be hard to find but well worth a listen.
-Talib Kweli
-Mystical Journeymen (namely "destinations")
-MOP (if your feeling violent or angry

)

That's about all I can think of right now, if I think of more I'll let you know.

Hey if you know of anthing else for hip hop that is decent to listen to high let me know.

if you like hip-hop u might like drum n bass also... its like... the direct decendant of it almost... anyways... try downloading some AK1200... they are pretty tight ****

haha, hell no. that thing is so hard to find, i'd consider it a genuine miracle if i ever came across it. the only original i have is violent by design (classic lp, by the way...).
