I love the simplicity of Nirvana's music... I could listen them all day long without getting tired of it. My fav. recordings are "Where did you sleep last night" and "Lake of fire" (the unplugged versions). Anyone else dig Nirvana?

I usedto be the biggest Nirvana fan. I could play almost every Nirvana song on the guitar (like that was that hard). I listened to Unplugged in New York and Nevermind over and over again. But that was like five years ago. I still like their songs, they always had good songs, but my musical tastes have changed. I just wish I had learned to play guitar on some more technical music.

The other day I did listen to Lithium when it was on the radio. I cranked it and got really into it. It was fun.

Sticky:
Those 2 songs are not Nirvana songs. "Where did you sleep last night" is an old blues tune, I think by Lead Belly. Lake of Fire is by the Meat Puppets, who I HIGHLY recommend if you're into Nirvana. Check out Meat Puppets albums: 1, 2 and Too High to Die

Nirvana is one of my favorite bands and probably will be forever. All of their music is great, but i dont really listen to them when I'm stoned. Oh well, they are still great.

yea neither of those songs are nirvana songs. they are both on unplugged, but they are both covers. In fact, for lake of fire, the meat puppets were on stage playing with nirvana. My favorite songs are Lithium, All Apologies, Negative Creep.

I've had Nirvana's unplugged in my car cd player for the past few weeks...the unplugged cd is pretty damn good.
