Thumbs up radiohead!

Do any of ya'll listen to radiohead while your blazin?

Its incredible, its like each song has another song inside it that you can only hear when your high man. its like nothing else ive ever listened too.

Anyways if you arent a radiohead fan i sugest you have a little smoke while you listen to the new CD on your headphones. If your already into them you should sign on to morpheus or whatever and get some of the B-sides like polyethylene and the zero 7 remix of climbing up the walls its amazing

Radiohead is an amazing band. Their songs are very melodic and yes, great to listen to when you are stoned. I think they are one of the most talented bands out there right now.

I listened to Kid A once when stoned and the tracks made sense and I could appreciate the complexity of them. Which is a lot to say when it comes to this pretty difficult (though good) album. OK Computer is also brilliant - I can't think of a trippier song than subterranean homesick alien. (listening to it when not stoned, while lying down in a dark room, has virtually given me a high similar to that from smoking mj)

Wink Stop whispering, start shouting...

I have to admit that for many years I didn't give Radiohead much credit. I hadn't actually listened to them nor heard what they had to say. I had a roommate last year, Brian, who was obsessed with Radiohead, and he made me sit down and listen to all of the Radiohead he had. I fell in love. I love the song Street Spirit (Fade Out). It's the first song I taught myself on the guitar. I think that Thom Yorke is an amazing musician and his vision and emotion far exceeds many artists of this era, and other eras for that matter. I love that their sound mutates with every album. It keeps them fresh and I am sure continually gives the band new means of expression with every album they put forth. Their old stuff, their new stuff-it all is good with me.

Peace.

Nessa

Wink What the hell am I doin' here?

Acoustic Radiohead is the greatest! The first song I taught myself on the acoustic guitar was Street Spirit (Fade Out). It sounds terrific acoustically and is much more mellow sounding than its electric counterparts.

Peace.

radiohead are ...amazing
subterranian homesick alien...i used to get real high and listen to this..made me feel like i was swimming through jelly!!

they truly are in a class of their own...far better than any other band out there IMHO

and before you write off their old stuff, listen to 'my iron lung', 'bulletproof', 'fake plastic trees', 'talkshow host' and 'the bends' .... all amazing songs, and even better live.

their new stuff is great too, some of the best stoner music out there.

also look into thom yorkes side projects with other bands, they are usually awaesome too.
Radiohead and Drugstore 'El President'
Radiohead and DJ Shadow 'Rabbit in your Headlights'
Radiohead and The Pixies (or is it Posies?) 'Blowout'

im starting to rant now so ill shuttup....Radiohead rocks forever!!
