Talking The Who: Concerts

Well, I got tickets to The Who with Robert Plant!

Anyone else going to see them on their tour this summer?

I can't wait, gonna be ripped, dancing, having a great time and will remember it for the rest of my life.

Here is concert #2, if I don't see one before I got to this. But I plan to go to many concerts.

I would be going if tickets weren't so goddamn expensive. I might try to get lawn seats, but I'll think about that when the time comes. I'd love to see Pete Townsend tearing it up. I know he dosen't do all the crazy stuff he used to do, but his songs are so good.

I saw a Who concert on Pay per View (didn't buy it - friend has a box) and it was alright. Pete Townshend was kicking ass and playing just as awesome as he used to (not as flashy) but Roger Daltrey's voice would crack and strain a few times during the songs

Guess they are getting a little to old

Yea, I paid like $160 for 2 seats, and they are the seats one level down from the highest level. But I'm gonna make it the best concert I've ever been too.

Hello deadhed, I haven't been posting much lately. But this just got me too excited.

zak starkey's a pretty suitable replacement for keith moon too. Well, as good a replacement as you can get. Much better than his dad too.

Have you ever heard any of robert plant's solo stuff? Think bad '80s music. Now think worse than that. You almost got it.

I saw The Who on their "farewell" tour way back in the early eighties. LOL They were awesome then, and I'm sure they still rock. I just hope Pete doesn't break a hip jumping around.

I'd be more worried about him putting a whammy bar through his hand. Again.
