Yeah I saw that, but I didn't like it. She called him evil and tore up his picture but she is looking in the wrong places for evil. Sure the church has made many mistakes in the past but the entire church and the pope should not be held responsible for the sins of a few. The church has good intentions, she has no right to hold the pope responsible for some mistakes. She should have ripped up a picture of Sadamm Hussein or Castro. They are dictators who upress their people and they are evil. Just my two cents.

yeah i dont think theres any bob haters, just those who havent had the chance to listen to his awesome music. i started listening before i started smoking and have been a fan since. although it has become pretty cliche to be a smoker and like bob, maybe some people resent that.

Bob Marley is the shit. I've loved Bob Marley even before I started smoking. Smoking just helps you to relate to his music in another way.

I listen to Bob Marley all the time. I have about 70 songs of his in my playlist including all kinds of live stuff and random mixes. I actually listened to the Marley for 2 hours this weekend while delving into my first experience with the psychadelics. It made for a very relaxed and calming experience. The music really just soothes your soul and lets you float away into just a feeling on contempt, even when just high. I am convinced Bob Marley was the happiest guy ever, he just toked and made good music about how to live your life and make the world a better place.

Anyway, my main point to add is that you don't have to be a stoner to listen to Bob Marley. The reason I like it so much is that I grow up listening to it. My parents had every CD when I was younger and whenever I went somewhere with my Dad it'd be playing in the car. I know my Dad without a doubt has never touched weed in his life, he's not one of those parents that pretends he didn't for the kids sake, I'm positive he hasn't and yeah, he loves the Marley. I think it's just an aquired taste to listen to reggae. Another funny thing is how my Dad listens to pink floyd. He puts on his headphones and gets so into it, I think if I ever got caught smoking weed the only way to get out of it would be to somehow get him to try it and listen to either the Bob or the Flyod then he'd see how harmless it is.

I started listening to him about half a year before I started toking. He's the ultimate, he was one of the few truly enlightened minds out there. It's amazing how much love is there for the great man. I love how wearing one of his shirts seems to spread a greater message than simply a black man hitting a joint. Everyone, stoners and non-stoners, seem to have huge respect for the man. His message and his image are used for showing solitary with your brothers.

I love reggae, I love Marley, and I love all of the music that was inspired and influenced by him, including all things "dub."

I've been a Bob Marley fan for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i was like the 8th grade we played 'three little birds', and some other songs in our steel drum band. But my favorite song is "Don't worry, Be Happy", if he made that, people tell me he didnt....This is also crazy because they played "three little birds' a lot in "I am Legend".....

I wasnt a Marley fan until a friend of mine played "dont worry" during a smoke session. That song is incredible. I like a few of his more popular songs, but some stuff i really dont like.
