I love Bob. I wear Bob Marley shirts all the time and I keep getting the same question asked to me from non-bob fans. I keep hearing...

"Dude, when he died, didnt he have like a pound of resin in his lungs??"

I know this question is bull****, or is it? IS there any truth to this??

i dont know about that. But i do know that when i had dreadlocks i would get asked a lot "how many species of lice did bob marley have?" or "is true that he had [insert number] species of lice when he died and that [another number] were not even classified?"

the dreadlock question is hilarious...REAL dreadlocks are clean,and one of the hardest and most time taking hair styles in exsistance...Anyone who took/takes care of they dreads will say the same.I dont know wether you took care of yours or not Dorito,but you probably know what im speaking on...

The resin in lungs question is hilarious too...Theres alot of stories of how he died,he died of cancer...He was in a hospital where an ex Nazi doctor tortured him to "cure him" and ended up killing him..Starved him to death...He was under 100 pounds when he died,a grown big man....How he got cancer,he recieved a pair of boots from a "fan",he tried em on an it had razor wire in it...Months/couple years later he came down with cancer...The boots were from the CIA/FBI supposedly...Alot of people dont believe this,but thats one of the stories on what happened,and its the most belivable i think...It makes sense too,since FBI/CIA (i cant remember right now,i think CIA) killed Peter Tosh and attempted to kill Bob twice by shooting him...I dunno,no one outside him and his family know unless theyve said it in a publication or something...Believe what you want,its like "what happened to DB Cooper?"..

Actually, he died of a cancerous toe that he got from playing soccer so much. It spread to his liver and heart. Bob could've had the toe amputated but it was against the Rastafari religion.

Thats a damn believable one...Yea,i do read High Times and I heard the cancer-in-boot conspiracy from my uncle a while ago then I read it in High Times with Bob on the cover a few months back...
