|  gin and juice I heard an mp3 of some band covering gin and juice and it was pretty funny. The mp3 was labeled as Phish, but I know this isn't the case. I have also heard that this song was done by SCI. Does anyone know who really did it? |

|  Phish does do a cover of that song, also 'Gettin jiggy with it'... but gin and juice is a lot better. I do assure you that Phish performs that song.

| Gin and Juice is done by Snoop Dog, and is found on his "Doggy Style" record. If that is the one you are talking about; wouldn't be surprised if there were more than a couple of songs labled "gin and juice".

| the bluegrass version of it is actually by a group called the gourds, not Phish. It was mislabeled because I believe one of the guys who played on the original was named Phish. Apparently he was living in a cave and was unaware the name was taken. Phish has never covered gin and juice, although their version of gettin' jiggy wit it is hilarious.

| i'm almost positive the bluegrass version is by Ween, but there might be more than one bluegrass version so i'm not sure.

| The bluesgrass cover that mp3's lable as phish is not phish. It is the Gourds as stated earlier. They are a pretty cool band based out of Texas. It actually is on one of their released cd's, if you didnt believe it. | |
