a question to all the floyd fans.. what is your favorite song by them? tough question i know since all of them are so good.. personally im partial to the stuff they made when syd barrett was still in the band.. but my all time favorite is Shine on You Crazy Diamond

I'm a huge fan of "on the turning away", "time", "echos" and "hey you"...i know you only asked for one fav, but i couldn't decide...so there you go

I personally love "High Hopes" and of course "comfortably numb". I love em all. Floyd rocks!...i think there is already a thread opened on this though.

Echos is 23 minutes of musicall bliss. And yes there definitly is a thread on this exact topic just search the music forum and I'm sure you will find

Floyd rules...I'm considering swimming the atlantic ocean so I can catch some of Roger Water's shows in europe.... I think Roger is doing a damn good job carrying on the spirit of Pink Floyd.....Gilmour and the rest of them though...They haven't done a tour since '94...and it looks like they might be done for good...

Maybe Syd will miraculusly become sane again and bring the Roger, Dave, Rick, and Nick together for one last great tour...and maybe even a studio album...but thats wishfull thinking...

Time, Breathe, SOYCD, Wish you were here, Echoes, The Whole Division Bell Album, Comfortably Numb, My all time favourite band Oh My God!

Ps have you ever played Dark side of the moon to the wizard of oz! If you press play on the cd player as the MGM lion finishes roaring for the 3rd time the music is in sync with the pictures, just be sure to mute the tv ok! eg Great Gig in the sky plays when the house in in the twister!

That would be the best if they all reunited just for the hell of it and do one last world-wide tour at like 250 cities before they get too old to rock out. But....that will probably never happen because roger and david won't agree on it. I don't see why they just can't forget about all of the bulls h i t in the past and just play live again.

Back to the topic, It's impossible to pick one song, impossible i say.

theres so many...Floyd is awesome,and The Wall the movie is kick ass! I didnt know until recently that there was The Wall cd and then The Wall soundtrack,with different songs on it....
