has anyone ever noticed that Wes from POM has a voice that, at times, is very similar to Layne Stayley? am i just imagining things or am i not alone?

Pretty much all of these new metal bands have singers who sound like layne staley. Like godsmack, who used to be an alice in chains cover band, and you know what? You can tell!

I really do not like Puddle of Mudd. Its like someone threw Kurt Cobain, Layne Stayley, and Alice and Chains into a blender and out poured this goup called Puddle of Mudd. And that's just what it is: a puddle.

Gawd I love mainstream radio.

Puddle of Mud sucks ass. The are so unoriginal. The same as Linkin Park, POD, etc. all that new rap-metal (retal) garbage

How can you listen to that "I'm angry....for some reason" music? Its just such crap!

I used to be into all this stuff back years ago, but I have since realized that its all just pointless. I'm sick and tired of the screaming for no reason whatsoever and the I only know one friggin' chord crap. UGH! I hate "hard rock/metal" so much!

I agree totally with you guys that mainstream rock sucks. what I cant stand is the people that instantly dislike a band because that get radio airtime and more people begin listening to them. people calling them sellouts, all that ****. Some people have the attitude of "THis band was so cool until they were discovered, now they sold out and now suck" some fans want the band to be to themselves. does anybody else notice this??
