All i keep hearing on the radio is how great the strokes are and how great all these pop groups are but people need to listen to the guys that gave the strokes and these other groups careers, velvet underground and lou reed, go buy an album and you will love it.

The first thing I thought of when I heard the strokes was the velvet underground.

schawdood thats just what i said, but most people dont even know who velvet underground was. Today in economics our teacher was playing walk on the wild side and so many friends of mine were just like who the f*** is that. Its a shame

pop music is for the vastly unintelligent pop culture.

mostly people who watch tv and seem to find dawsons creek entertaining (same story, different assholes).
